Perpetual Enrollment
Our perpetual enrollment model offers greater convenience for parents by eliminating the need for a student to re-enroll at the completion of an enrollment period. Automatic, continued enrollment provides an easy transition during the current academic year. Summer enrollment will be handled separately.

Of course, our perpetual enrollment model allows your child to take a break if they need to. MathZone requires parents to complete a "Withdrawal from Enrollment" form which is available upon request. This form must be completed and received by MathZone not less than 30 days before the end of the current enrollment period. To resume lessons, simply let MathZone know when you’d like your child to return.
All our enrollments typically include a student assessment to gauge where your student is at. This assessment, if required, will be scheduled for a mutually convenient time onsite at our learning center after we receive your enrollment request.
Please complete as much information as possible, don't worry about any info you're unsure about as all details will be reviewed with you and our Education Coordinator prior to finalization.

Enrollment applications will be processed in the order that they are received. Each enrollment application request will be considered complete when it has been signed by a parent and payment for the requested program has been processed. There are no fees required as part of this online enrollment.

Once your enrollment is finalized, we'll schedule your student's session(s) and parents will receive electronic confirmation of enrollment details including days and times of sessions. At this time, instructions will also be provided relating to how you may reschedule appointment times when required.
Easy Scheduling & Convenience for students & parents
Integrating the perpetual enrollment model with our scheduling software ensures the ultimate flexibility for a parent to manage their child’s planned tutorial days and times.
If and when another activity impacts your child’s tutoring schedule, simply use our software to reschedule those impacted sessions. Parents don’t have to call or email us to request this, it’s easy to do via any computer, tablet or smart phone with an internet connection.
To ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained for our students, we do require lesson rescheduling to be completed by parents with a minimum notice period of 24 hours. It’s easy, quick and very convenient.
