Perpetual Enrollment
Our perpetual enrollment model offers greater convenience for parents by eliminating the need for a student to re-enroll at the completion of an enrollment period. Automatic, continued enrollment provides an easy transition during the current academic year. Summer enrollment will be handled separately.
Of course, our perpetual enrollment model allows your child to take a break if they need to. MathZone requires parents to complete a "Withdrawal from Enrollment" form which is available upon request. This form must be completed and received by MathZone not less than 30 days before the end of the current enrollment period. To resume lessons, simply let MathZone know when you’d like your child to return.
Easy Scheduling & Convenience for students & parents
Integrating the perpetual enrollment model with our scheduling software ensures the ultimate flexibility for a parent to manage their child’s planned tutorial days and times. If and when another activity impacts your child’s tutoring schedule, simply use our software to reschedule those impacted sessions. Parents don’t have to call or email us to request this, it’s easy to do via any computer, tablet or smart phone with an internet connection.
To ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained for our students, we do require lesson rescheduling to be completed by parents with a minimum notice period of 24 hours. It’s easy, quick and very convenient.
